Our Global Marketing team is comprised of members of varied professions and skills. Covalon Technologies Ltd. has come to our attention via some of its shareholders and has been identified as a possible opportunity by our team.

Having reviewed the history of Covalon from inception, through the various stages of metamorphosis, to the present day share price hovering around $1.00, the need for a major marketing infusion to ensure the company expands rather than diminishes in today's uncertain Bear market becomes self-evident.

Our team will be represented in this project by Quantum Partners Inc. who will liaise with Covalon and coordinate the marketing efforts and opportunities which shall be forthcoming. Covalon shall support these efforts by accommodating pre-determined promotional events and participating with its wealth of technical expertise in pre-arranged assessments by prospective client entities.

The remuneration and pre-approved related costs for the successful accomplishment of this Marketing Project, resulting rise in revenues, net profits and increased share value will be negotiated prior to a contractual undertaking being entered into between Covalon and our Global Marketing team.

We are eager to begin immediately so as to capture free media exposure by enlisting supportive appearances by the Federal political candidates and Ministers as relates to Covalon's Canadian representation in the Global Market.
